Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders ship free to the contiguous United States. We ship to all 50 US states.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days and arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time at airhvn.com/apps/track123.
Is my shipment insured?
Yes. Every order is fully insured during transit. If your fixture arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in original, unused condition and packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact our team at the email or contact form on our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid label where applicable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
All shipments are fully insured. If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Products & Compatibility
What bulb types do your fixtures use?
Most fixtures use standard E26 base bulbs. Some decorative fixtures use E12 candelabra bases. Bulb type, size, and maximum wattage are listed in each product's specifications. We recommend warm white LED bulbs (2700K-3000K) for best results.
Are your fixtures dimmable?
Dimmability depends on the specific fixture and bulb combination. If a fixture is compatible with dimmable bulbs, you will need a compatible LED dimmer switch for smooth dimming performance. Check the product page for dimmability information, or contact us if you have questions about a specific fixture.
What electrical requirements do your fixtures have?
All fixtures are designed for standard US 110-120V electrical systems. Hardwired fixtures require connection to an existing ceiling or wall junction box. Installation by a licensed electrician is recommended for hardwired fixtures.
Are any of your fixtures suitable for wet or damp locations (bathrooms, outdoor covered areas)?
Yes. Some of our fixtures are rated for damp or wet locations. Bathroom vanity lights are damp-rated. Outdoor fixtures are rated for appropriate outdoor use. Check the product page for location rating information. Indoor fixtures should not be used in wet or fully exposed outdoor locations.
Do your outdoor fixtures need any weatherproofing?
Our outdoor fixtures are designed for outdoor use and come with appropriate weather-resistant construction. They do not require additional weatherproofing for standard covered or exposed outdoor installations.
Installation
How difficult is installation?
Most ceiling and wall fixtures require connection to an existing junction box and are considered moderately DIY-friendly for homeowners with basic electrical experience. We recommend hiring a licensed electrician for any installation you are not comfortable completing yourself. Plug-in fixtures (where available) require no hardwiring.
Do fixtures come with installation hardware?
Yes. All fixtures include standard mounting hardware. Some ceiling installations may require additional hardware for vaulted or sloped ceilings, which is noted in the product specifications.
