Delivery Promise
Every Air Haven order is fully tracked and ships with carrier insurance from our warehouse to your door. Your fixture is protected the entire journey.
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery: 7–12 business days via fully tracked international courier.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Free Shipping
Free shipping on all orders. No minimums, no exceptions.
Shipment Insurance
All orders ship with full carrier insurance. In the unlikely event your fixture is damaged in transit, we will replace it or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

Delays
While we work with reliable carriers, international deliveries can occasionally be delayed by customs processing or carrier delays outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your dispatch notification, contact us at support@airhvn.com and we will investigate immediately.
