The Viscontea Woven Pendant is a sculptural pendant light with an irregular, biomorphic silhouette built from a hand-shaped metal frame wrapped in a fine PETG web. Rather than a hard shade, light filters through a soft, textured woven veil, giving this brown & white pendant light a mid-century Italian-inspired form with contemporary craftsmanship — part sculpture, part lamp, and a quiet focal point that adds depth and shadow to a room without dominating it.
This webbed pendant light suits dining nooks, breakfast tables, entryways, and bedside settings, and looks especially striking hung as a cluster of two or three at staggered heights in a stairwell or living room. It's a distinctive choice for mid-century modern, modern Italian, and sculptural-lighting interiors looking for a textured alternative to glass or fabric pendant shades, and pairs well with warm-metal and natural-material decor.
Each light ships with 150 cm / 59″ of suspension wire that can be shortened on installation. A longer drop for a stairwell or vaulted ceiling can be supplied on request — contact us with your ceiling height before ordering.
Material note: The webbed surface is a fine PETG polymer spun over a metal frame — not glass or fabric. It is lightweight and translucent, gives the fixture its signature softened glow, and should be dusted gently with a dry or barely-damp cloth; avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners.

What bulb does the Viscontea Woven Pendant use? It takes one standard E26/E27 screw-base bulb, sold separately — an LED or decorative Edison bulb both work well. E26 and E27 share the same screw fitting, so either label is correct for the US market.
Can the hanging length be adjusted? Yes. The light ships with 150 cm / 59″ of wire that an electrician can shorten to suit ceiling height. For a taller drop, a longer wire can be supplied on request.
Is the shade glass or plastic? The webbed surface is PETG, a lightweight translucent polymer, spun over a metal frame — not glass or fabric. It diffuses the light into a soft, textured glow and wipes clean with a dry or barely-damp cloth.
