Installation

This is a hardwired semi-flush mount ceiling light for indoor use and should be installed at an existing ceiling electrical box by a qualified electrician or experienced installer.

Turn off power to the circuit at the breaker box.
Confirm the ceiling electrical box and mounting bracket can support the fixture's weight.
Attach the mounting bracket to the electrical box.
Connect the fixture wiring to the household wiring, matching wire colors, and secure with wire nuts.
Secure the fabric shade against the ceiling so the fixture sits low-profile and flush.
Install three E26/E27 base bulbs (not included).
Restore power and test the fixture from its wall switch.

Once wired in, the fixture is operated from a standard wall switch (not included); use dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch if dimming is desired, as no inline dimmer is included.

The design

The Miramar Fabric Flushmount brings a relaxed, California-casual sensibility overhead, its tailored fabric shade and defined piped detailing adding texture without visual weight. A clean metal stem keeps the low-profile design grounded and unfussy.

In a warm Beige & White finish, it's suited to anchoring a primary bedroom, bringing comfort to a nursery, or elevating an entryway foyer — a soft, organic-modern layer for hotel-inspired and Scandinavian-leaning rooms.

Material & craft

Up close

The Miramar Fabric Flushmount pairs a tailored, segmented fabric shade with defined piped detailing over a clean metal stem, adding a soft, tactile layer to a ceiling fixture.

The fabric-and-metal construction keeps a low-profile, semi-flush silhouette so it grounds a room without visual weight, finished in a Beige & White colorway that suits a California-casual, warm minimalist aesthetic.

It runs on AC 110–240V and is compatible with North America, Europe, Australia, and Saudi Arabia electrical standards, and pairs with a standard wall switch (not included).

Lit

After dark

Finished in Beige & White, the fabric shade's piped, scalloped-edge detailing gives the fixture a tailored, textural look that reads soft rather than stark. It is offered in this single colorway only.

General guidelines

Over a table or island: Leave about 30–36 in between the surface and the bottom of the fixture so it lights the table without blocking sightlines.
Open floor: Where people walk underneath, keep 7 ft (84 in) or more of headroom; add 3 in for each foot of ceiling above 8 ft.
Over a long table: Aim for a fixture about half to two thirds the table's length, or a row of pendants spaced 24–30 in apart.
The bulb: 2700K–3000K warm white suits living and dining rooms; 3000K–3500K reads crisper in kitchens and baths.

Check it against your room

Designer's rule of thumb: add the room's length and width in feet. That number, in inches, is a good fixture width.

Questions

Questions about the Miramar Fabric Flushmount

The questions people ask before they order, answered straight.

This fixture

How many bulbs does the Miramar Flushmount use?

It uses three E26/E27 base bulbs (LED or Edison), not included.

What is the shade made of?

A tailored, segmented fabric shade with piped detailing, set on a metal stem.

What color is this fixture?

It comes in a Beige & White finish.

Is this a flush or semi-flush ceiling light?

It's a semi-flush mount, with a low-profile design that sits close to the ceiling.

Is it dimmable, and what control does it use?

The Miramar is operated from a standard wall switch (not included); it does not ship with a built-in dimmer, so dimming depends on using dimmable bulbs with a compatible wall dimmer.

Will this work with my home's electrical standards?

Yes — it runs on AC 110–240V and is compatible with North America, Europe, Australia, and Saudi Arabia electrical standards.

Delivery & costs

When will it arrive?

Delivery is free and tracked, usually 7–12 days from the day you order; you get a tracking link by email when it ships. Due to increased demand during the holiday season, some orders may take over a month to arrive.

Are there any extra costs?

Shipping is free on every order. Bulbs are only included where the specifications say so, and hardwired fixtures need an electrician to install.

Discounts

Is it on sale?

Code AUTUMN25 takes 25% off at checkout. Buying several fixtures instead? The multi-fixture savings shown above apply automatically. Discounts can't be combined, so checkout uses one or the other.

Installation

Can my ceiling hold it?

Standard ceiling boxes are rated for fixtures up to 50 lb. Heavier pieces need a box rated for the weight, fixed to framing; your electrician will check this. Email us for the fixture's weight before you order.

Returns & peace of mind

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days under our return policy.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email photos of the box and the fixture to support@airhvn.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Is it safe to order here?
