Installation
  1. Unpack and assemble any shade or arm parts as shown in the included sheet.
  2. Fit a compatible bulb if one is required (check the base type in Specifications).
  3. Place the lamp near an outlet and route the cord out of walkways.
  4. Plug in and switch on.
Care
  • Switch off and let the fixture cool before cleaning.
  • Dust metal parts with a dry microfibre cloth; avoid abrasive or ammonia-based cleaners, which can dull the finish.
  • Clean fabric or paper shades with a soft brush or a vacuum on low with a brush attachment.
  • Replace bulbs only with the type and maximum wattage listed in Specifications.

When will it arrive?

Delivery is free and tracked, usually 7–12 days from the day you order; you get a tracking link by email when it ships. Due to increased demand during the holiday season, some orders may take over a month to arrive.

Are there any extra costs?

Shipping is free on every order. Bulbs are only included where the specifications say so, and hardwired fixtures need an electrician to install.

Can my ceiling hold it?

Standard ceiling boxes are rated for fixtures up to 50 lb. Heavier pieces need a box rated for the weight, fixed to framing; your electrician will check this. Email us for the fixture's weight before you order.
