Installation Guide

This fixture is available in two power configurations, and installation differs between them.

Solar version

Choose a base position in direct or partial daylight so the built-in 4000mAh battery can charge fully
Mount the base to the top of your post, pillar, or column using the included hardware — the base should sit within the footprint of the post, ideally no wider than the top surface
No wiring is required; the light charges automatically during the day and turns on automatically at night

Hardwired version

Turn off power to the circuit at the breaker before beginning any wiring work
Mount the base to the top of your post, pillar, or column using the included hardware
Connect the fixture to your existing outdoor wiring, following standard ground/neutral/live wire connections
Restore power and test the fixture at the switch

Because this is a hardwired outdoor fixture in that configuration, we strongly recommend installation by a licensed electrician to ensure safe wiring, correct weatherproofing of all connections, and compliance with local electrical codes.
