Installation

This is a hardwired fixture and should be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical codes, with power disconnected at the breaker before work begins.

Turn off power to the circuit at the breaker box and confirm with a voltage tester.
Mount the ceiling bracket to the electrical junction box.
Connect the fixture's wiring to the household wiring (ground, neutral, and live) inside the junction box.
Ensure the flared dome frame sits flush and centered against the ceiling before final tightening.
Install the bulb(s) into the socket(s) before attaching the shade, if the shade's design makes the bulb hard to reach once assembled.
Secure the fixture flush to the ceiling and restore power at the breaker, then test.

Care

The fixture's linen-blend fabric and metal frame should be cleaned gently to keep its finish and appearance looking new.

Turn off power and let any bulb cool before cleaning.
Dust the linen-blend fabric and metal frame with a soft, dry cloth on a regular basis.
Avoid household glass/metal cleaners and abrasive pads, which can dull or scratch the finish.
Spot clean the fabric diffuser gently with a dry or barely damp cloth and avoid soaking it in water.

Returns & warranty

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days in line with our return policy.

If your fixture arrives damaged, email photos of the item and packaging to support@airhvn.com and we'll help put it right.

The design

Vanna brings effortless style to a ceiling: a linen-blend fabric wraps the elegant flared dome frame, softly filtering light and giving this vintage-inspired ceiling light a warm, enhanced glow rather than a harsh overhead beam.

Its flush, dome-shaped profile keeps the look understated during the day, while the fabric diffuser takes over once the light is on, turning a single E26 bulb into a soft, ambient wash of light.

Material & craft

Up close

The metal dome frame gives the fixture its structured, flared silhouette, while the linen-blend fabric layered over it softens the overall look and the light it casts.

Lit

After dark

Vanna's shade is a linen-blend fabric diffuser over a metal flared dome frame, giving it a soft, natural-fiber texture that filters light gently rather than casting a hard, direct beam.

Placement guide

General guidelines

Over a table or island: Leave about 30–36 in between the surface and the bottom of the fixture so it lights the table without blocking sightlines.
Open floor: Where people walk underneath, keep 7 ft (84 in) or more of headroom; add 3 in for each foot of ceiling above 8 ft.
Over a long table: Aim for a fixture about half to two thirds the table's length, or a row of pendants spaced 24–30 in apart.
The bulb: 2700K–3000K warm white suits living and dining rooms; 3000K–3500K reads crisper in kitchens and baths.

Check it against your room

Designer's rule of thumb: add the room's length and width in feet. That number, in inches, is a good fixture width.
