The wide dome shade gives the Marlow presence on the ceiling while still sitting flush, making it suited to rooms where a hanging pendant would be in the way.

The Marlow runs on standard 110-120V household current, takes a single E26 base bulb rated up to 60W, and must be hardwired by a qualified electrician.

This is a hardwired fixture and should be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician in accordance with local electrical codes, with power disconnected at the breaker before work begins.

1. Turn off power to the circuit at the breaker box and confirm with a voltage tester.
2. Mount the ceiling bracket to the electrical junction box (4.7 in canopy).
3. Connect the fixture's wiring to the household wiring (ground, neutral, and live) inside the junction box.
4. Install the bulb(s) into the socket(s) before attaching the shade, if the shade's design makes the bulb hard to reach once assembled.
5. Attach the iron dome shade to the mounting bracket, checking that it sits flush against the ceiling.
6. Secure the fixture flush to the ceiling and restore power at the breaker, then test.

This fixture is compatible with sloped ceiling installation; follow your electrician's guidance for the appropriate mounting hardware on an angled ceiling.

The fixture's iron dome shade and painted interior should be cleaned gently to keep its finish and appearance looking new.

• Turn off power and let any bulb cool before cleaning.
• Dust the iron dome shade and painted interior with a soft, dry cloth on a regular basis.
• Avoid household glass/metal cleaners and abrasive pads, which can dull or scratch the finish.
• Avoid exposing the fixture to moisture, as it is rated for dry locations only and the painted interior finish can be damaged by excess humidity.
