Care

The Alfi Wall Sconce combines a natural ash wood body with a brass or silver metal shade, so care should suit both materials.

Dust the wood body regularly with a soft, dry cloth
Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or excess moisture on the wood finish
Wipe the brass or silver shade with a soft cloth to remove dust and fingerprints
Avoid abrasive cleaners on the metal shade's finish
Do not exceed the specified wattage rating for the G4 bulb

The design

There's a quiet warmth to the Alfi Wall Sconce, built from a solid ash wood body that carries its own natural grain onto the wall. Paired with a brass or silver shade that catches and throws light in a focused beam, it reads as both handcrafted and considered.

Compact enough for a bedside reading nook and versatile enough to anchor a hallway or living room in pairs, the Alfi brings a mix of organic wood and reflective metal to farmhouse, coastal, and mid-century interiors alike.

Its sculptural, unconventional shape is a deliberate departure from the standard drum sconce, made with responsible production practices and tested for durability before it ships.

Material & craft

Up close

The Alfi Wall Sconce is built around a solid ash wood body, giving the fixture a warm, organic grain that softens its presence on the wall and sets it apart from an all-metal sconce.

Paired with the wood body is a brass or silver metal lampshade, chosen at the time of purchase. The metal shade catches and reflects light, directing it in a focused beam rather than scattering it broadly, while the wood body adds contrast and a handmade, natural character.

Together, the ash wood and metal shade combine timeless, tactile materials with a simple, considered silhouette that fits comfortably into farmhouse, coastal, and mid-century interiors alike.

Unique, sculptural silhouette rather than a standard drum or arm shade
Manufactured with responsible production practices
Tested for durability before shipping

Lit

After dark

Available in two finish pairings, Walnut Color & Brass and Walnut Color & Silver, both combining the natural grain of the ash wood body with a polished metal lampshade.

Both finish pairings share SKU RDW-81015 and are available as a single sconce or a set of 2.

General guidelines

Living spaces: Mount around 60–66 in from the floor to the center of the fixture, near eye level.
Bathroom vanity: Either side of the mirror at about 64–70 in, or one fixture centered above it around 75–80 in.
Hallways: Space sconces roughly 8–10 ft apart for an even wash of light.
The bulb: 2700K–3000K warm white suits living and dining rooms; 3000K–3500K reads crisper in kitchens and baths.

General design guidance, not an installation specification. Follow the included instructions and local electrical code. Unsure? Email a photo of your space to support@airhvn.com.
